First item plus Zone shipping script description:

Publisher review:
First item plus Zone shipping is an amalgamation of the 'zone_shipping_royalmail' contribution by Merlin Beedell and the 'First Item $X, Additional Items $Y Shipping' contribution by Matt Friedman. This contribution has been produced by Stuart Lawrence stuart@russianquarter.co.uk http://www.russianquarter.co.uk, http://dreamtimebooks.co.uk 1-March-2005This is a very simple drop-in-and-go type module to configure different zone shipping costs. By default the contribution allows you to have four zones, but that can be increased by changing the value in the code. Each zone is defined by a Comma separated list of two character ISO country codes that are part of Zone. By default the first zone is set to GB.This shipping module lets you specify the shipping cost for the first item, then another cost for all additional items. For example, $5 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item. Each zone you configure has its own first item charge and additional items charge, as well as handling fee.If your store has more than one language installed, you will have to copy over the following language file to each language folder and do your own translations. There is an icon provided, the Royal Mail icon from the UK. Obviously you will need to change the icon to whatever postal service you intend to use.
First item plus Zone shipping is a PHP script for osCommerce Addons scripts design by Stuart Lawrence. It runs on following operating system: Windows / Linux / BSD.
